You can have your favorite fresh roasted beans from Njoga Coffee shipped anywhere in the U.S. All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.

Njoga Coffee respects your concerns about privacy. This Privacy Notice applies to personal information we collect on this website. Njoga Coffee observes all generally accepted standards of security for the purpose of protecting your information. We use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online. We do not sell, trade, or share customer information or mail list subscriber information with anyone. Our shopping cart does not store credit card information. We retain your name and shipping information including telephone number and email. Please contact us by email, telephone, or fax if you have concerns.

Returns & Replacements
Coffee: We want you to be fully and completely satisfied when you do business with us. Whether you are a first-time or a loyal long-time customer, we want you to order from us with confidence. Returns and replacements are straightforward, simple, and easy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your coffee purchase, simply return the product to us within 30 days of purchase. We will promptly replace that product for you or refund your purchase price – your choice.
Home Equipment: If you have not used the equipment, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Once you have used the equipment, it is not returnable; however, your equipment is fully covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Equipment under warranty will be repaired or replaced by the manufacturer. Shipping and freight charges are non-refundable.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Njoga Coffee accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, and PayPal. You can use debit and check cards issued by the companies above as well as their standard credit cards. For example, if you are paying with a Visa Check Card, please select Visa from the drop-down menu during checkout when indicating the card type.
We also accept corporate purchasing cards as payment.
We do not currently accept international wire transfers, money orders, personal checks, cashier's checks or any other payment method not listed above. We do not ship COD.
If you are a school or other government agency requesting open terms, please contact us for personal assistance.
Orders Subject to Sales Tax
Items sold by Njoga Coffee and shipped to destinations in the state of California may be subject to tax. The state sales tax is 8.25%. However, some locations have additional local taxes, so the rate may be higher.
Viewing Orders
If you have a registered account with Njoga Coffee, it’s easy to check the status of your orders. Simply click the “My Orders” link on your Account page. From there, click on any order number for complete order details, including USPS or FEDEX tracking number. Clicking on the tracking number takes you directly to the USPS or FedEx Web tracking portal, where you can follow the progress of your shipment(s). If you don’t have a Njoga Coffee account yet, set one up today.
Account Information
You don’t have to register to explore Njoga Coffee, but registering and creating an account will allow you to fully enjoy our site. Not only will shopping be easier, but your entire experience with us will become customized over time. By creating an account, you can store credit card information for easier and faster checkout, maintain an address book, review your order history and edit billing or shipping information.
Updating Account Information
To make changes to your account information, login with your user name and password. Your username will usually be your primary email address, including the information after the @ sign.
